With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I bring dedication, local knowledge, and a genuine love for helping others navigate the home buying and selling journey. As a lifelong resident of Lorain County and full time realtor, I am very passionate about real estate.

I have always embraced challenges with enthusiasm. My grandchildren thought my full name was “Georgia Filczer with Howard Hanna” – a testament to my unwavering commitment to my client and my career!

I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional which requires numerous hours of class time. Before deciding to work full time in real estate, my last position as an Executive Admin was my favorite. I supported just under 10 executives. I can definitely multi-task!

Power walking, swimming, or volunteering at local events, I am always on the move. As an active member of Main Street Amherst and the Lorain County Association of Realtors, I am passionate about giving back through charity and community involvement.
